PNB UPI Transfer Failed via Paytm

I am raising a complaint regarding a failed UPI transaction related to my savings account at Punjab National Bank. On 14 January, I transferred an amount of ₹5,000 using Paytm via UPI to another account, but the money was not credited to the recipient’s account even though it was debited from my side. The UPI transaction reference (UTR) number for this transfer is 601411840924. After noticing that the money had not reached the other account, I contacted customer care. Punjab National Bank informed me that I should contact Paytm regarding this issue, and so far the problem has still not been resolved and my ₹5,000 remains stuck. I request that this transaction be investigated urgently using the UTR number provided, and that either the amount of ₹5,000 be credited to the intended recipient’s account or immediately refunded to my Punjab National Bank savings account. I also request a written clarification explaining the reason for this failure and the steps taken to resolve it.
