I made a UPI Fast Pay transaction using Paytm on April 6, 2026, for an amount of ₹5,000 to the UPI ID “Paytmqrkkfioy****@paytm.”
The payment shows as successful, and the amount has been debited from my account, but the money has not been received on my end. Since the transaction status is marked as successful but the funds are not available to me, I am extremely concerned about the safety of my money.
I have not been able to resolve this issue through any other channel so far. I kindly request that this transaction be urgently investigated and that the ₹5,000 be immediately credited to my account. I also expect a clear explanation of what went wrong with this UPI Fast Pay transaction.
