I am writing to report an issue with a failed UPI transaction made through Paytm.
On 09/05/2026, an amount of ₹500 was deducted successfully from my Bank of Baroda account during a UPI transaction. However, the payment was not credited to the intended recipient account linked to the UPI ID 1102sb1***@mairtel.
Although the amount has already been debited from my account balance, the beneficiary has confirmed that the money was never received. At the same time, the ₹500 has also not been reversed or refunded back to my Bank of Baroda account.
Because of this issue, the transaction currently appears incomplete, leaving the funds effectively stuck without reaching either side. This situation has caused both financial inconvenience and practical problems, as I expected the payment to be processed successfully at the time of transfer.
I request that this UPI transaction be urgently traced and investigated so the exact status of the payment can be clarified. I also request that either the ₹500 be credited immediately to the intended beneficiary account or fully refunded back to my Bank of Baroda account without any further delay.
Additionally, I ask to be informed in writing once the issue has been resolved and the transaction status has been corrected.
