Paytm UPI Deposit of ₹1,500 Debited but Not Received

On January 20, 2026, I made a deposit of ₹1,500 through Paytm using the UPI ID centaursinfo****@rbl, but the amount has not been received by the intended account. The money was successfully debited from my side, and I have the UTR number 395822287009 for this transaction, yet the deposit has still not been credited.

This situation has caused me serious stress and inconvenience, and I urgently need assistance. I request that this transaction be thoroughly checked using the UTR number 395822287009, and that my ₹1,500 either be immediately refunded to my account or successfully credited to the correct destination. I also request a clear explanation of what went wrong during the process.
