Paytm UPI Payment Successful But Gaming Recharge Not Provided

I made two UPI payments today, 7 March, from my Paytm UPI ID 9863083693@pthdfc for a gaming account recharge, but I did not receive the service. At 11:17 am and 11:51 am, I sent amounts of ₹2000 and ₹1000, and both payments are showing as successful. The money was transferred to the UPI ID 9310506053@ptsbi / pukhraj-483@ptaxis, but the merchant refused to provide the gaming recharge even though the payments were completed. Since the payments are successful and the merchant is not giving my recharge, I am suffering a loss of ₹3000 without receiving any service in return. I request that the full amount of ₹3000 be refunded to my account as soon as possible and that this issue be investigated, as the merchant is not cooperating despite successful payment.
