I am writing regarding a recharge issue I faced on 91club. On 20 February 2026, I made a payment of ₹1100 via Paytm UPI from my SBI account in the name of Govind G*** to recharge my account, but the amount has still not been credited to my 91club ID 2444***, even though the payment was successful. The transaction number for this payment is 397614333331, and the receiver UPI ID is rajeev0107683@naviaxis. After noticing that the money was deducted from my SBI account through Paytm UPI but not added to my 91club balance, I contacted 91club customer support. However, I did not receive any satisfactory solution, and my issue remains unresolved while my ₹1100 is stuck. Along with this complaint, I have also attached my bank statement as supporting proof of the debit transaction. I request that my ₹1100 be deposited into my 91club ID as soon as possible, and that this issue be resolved urgently.
