If you were charged twice on Paytm but only one service was delivered;
• Contact Paytm support via the app (Help → Payments/UPI → Incorrect or Duplicate Charge) and report that you were double-charged for the same service
• Provide your registered mobile number, both transaction/UTR IDs, charge dates and amounts, merchant name, and screenshots or bank statement
Ask them to;
• Verify the duplicate transaction against the same service
• Confirm which payment was successfully processed
• Refund the extra amount charged to your Paytm wallet or bank
