Paytm Deposit Not Credited After 17+ Working Days - UPI Payment Debited

I am writing to report that a UPI deposit I made to my BC.Game account has still not been credited, even though the amount was debited from my bank more than 17 working days ago. On 01-01-2026, I made a UPI deposit of 8,999.99 INR via Paytm to my BC.Game account, which is registered under user ID 82554717. The payment was sent from my UPI ID love1**@ptaxis. The amount of 8,999.99 INR was successfully debited, but my BC.Game balance remains unchanged and the deposit has not been credited to my account. Despite this long delay, the issue is still unresolved. I have already tried to follow up, but there has been no effective action taken, and the funds are still missing from my BC.Game account. I request that this matter be treated as urgent and that the missing 8,999.99 INR either be immediately credited to my BC.Game account associated with user ID 82554717 or refunded back to my Paytm UPI source. I also ask for a clear written explanation of why this deposit was not credited within a reasonable timeframe.
