BC.Game UPI Deposit Not Credited Despite Paytm Confirmation

I made a UPI deposit of ₹800 to my BC Game gaming account through Paytm on 24th of this month, but the amount has still not been credited to my BC Game account. The transaction reference number I have from Paytm is 696131450559. After I raised the issue, Paytm customer service informed me on 26th of this month that the payment had in fact been successfully received by the merchant. Despite this confirmation, BC Game has still not credited the ₹800 to my gaming account or refunded the money back to me, and I have not received any proper update or solution. I request that this transaction be investigated urgently, that my missing ₹800 either be credited to my BC Game account without further delay or refunded back to my original payment method, and that I be clearly informed about the final outcome.
