BC Game Deposit Not Showing After Paytm Payment

On February 12, 2026, I made two separate deposits of ₹1,000 each via UPI from my Paytm account to my BC Game account. However, these deposits have still not been credited to my BC Game balance.
When I contacted customer support, I was simply told to wait, with no clear solution or specific timeline provided. The money has already been deducted from my account, yet it does not appear in my BC Game balance, which is causing me serious inconvenience and concern.
I am requesting that these two UPI deposits totaling ₹2,000 be urgently traced and credited to my BC Game account, or that a clear and prompt resolution be provided without any further delay.
