I am writing this complaint regarding an issue I am facing with Paytm UPI payments used for the Aviator and Fortune Game platforms. On 18/03/2026, my game IDs in Aviator and Fortune Game were blocked due to what was described as a “verification issue.” Since this block, I have been unable to access my balance or withdraw my funds from these games. At the moment, a total of ₹7,700 is stuck in my Aviator and Fortune Game accounts. My Paytm account itself is not blocked, but because my game IDs are blocked, I cannot use or withdraw this amount. I have tried to reach out to the support team, but the support system is not working and I have not received any help or proper response so far. I request that my game IDs in Aviator and Fortune Game be unblocked, the verification issue be resolved, and my payment of ₹7,700 be released so that I can withdraw it without any further delay. I expect a clear explanation and a quick resolution to this problem.
