Parimatch Deposit Not Credited After Paytm UPI Payment

I am using Parimatch India for sports betting, and on 02/02/2026, I made two separate deposits of ₹2,000 each via UPI through Paytm, and on 07/02/2026, I made another deposit of ₹400, making a total of ₹4,400. These payments were successfully debited from my Paytm account, but the amounts have still not been credited to my Parimatch account. After noticing that the deposits did not reflect, I contacted Parimatch customer support, and a ticket was created, but until now, my issue has not been resolved, and the missing deposits are still pending. I request that the total amount of ₹4,400 for these three failed deposits be refunded to my original payment method via Paytm / UPI as soon as possible, and that this issue be checked and resolved without any further delay.
