BC.Game Fails to Credit ₹8,000 Deposit Despite Proof of Payment

On February 5, 2026, I made a ₹8,000 deposit to my BC.Game account using Paytm via UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my Paytm account, and I have clear proof of payment, but the deposit has not been credited to my BC.Game balance. I contacted BC.Game support, but I have not received any response, and the issue remains unresolved. I find it unacceptable that such a significant amount is missing even though the transaction was completed on my side. I request that my ₹8,000 deposit be promptly located and credited to my BC.Game account as soon as possible. I am ready to share payment proof and transaction details so this matter can be resolved without further delay.
