Paytm UPI Deposit Stuck Processing

I completed a fiat deposit in my local currency to my BC Game account using UPI through Paytm on December 15, 2025, at 3:37:15 PM. I placed an order for 1,000 INR, but the credited amount is still showing as 0 INR. My BC Game account shows the transaction as “Processing” with Order ID F-1851568407204241106 and Txid dsdd0...cf0c8. A support ticket has been created with Ticket ID 9585035, and it has been stuck in “Pending” status ever since. It has been several days, and despite reaching out to live support multiple times, I keep getting the same generic response telling me to wait a bit longer, with no actual update or solution provided. I'm really frustrated because my money is stuck and my deposit hasn't been credited yet. I urge BC Game to promptly review this transaction. Please either credit the 1,000 INR to my account immediately or provide a clear explanation for the delay and resolve the issue without any further waiting. I look forward to receiving a genuine response regarding my pending ticket 9585035, rather than automated or repetitive replies.
