Parimatch Declines Deposit but Keeps My ₹5000

On 06/01/2026, I deposited ₹5000 from my Paytm account to my Parimatch account as a savings-type deposit. The amount of ₹5000 was deducted from my Paytm, but the transaction was declined on Parimatch, and the money has not been credited to my Parimatch balance. The reference/transaction ID I have for this payment is 395040339561. It has already been 6 days since this transaction, but I still have not received my money back. After this issue, I tried to contact Parimatch customer support by email, but Parimatch is not accepting my emails, and I have not received any help or a proper response. Currently, my ₹5000 is stuck even though the payment was successfully deducted from Paytm. I request that my ₹5000 be refunded to my original account as soon as possible, since the deposit was declined by Parimatch, but the amount was taken from me. I also expect clear communication and confirmation once the refund is processed.
