Paytm UPI Transfer Completed But Not Credited To India Post Bank

On 28 December, I made a UPI transfer of 700 INR using the Paytm app to deposit money through the India Post Payments Bank mobile banking app, but the money has not been received in my friend’s account. The Paytm transaction shows as completed with the reference/transaction ID 696375788152, yet the amount has still not been credited on the same date. Despite the transaction showing as successful on Paytm, the 700 INR has not appeared in the intended India Post Payments Bank mobile app account. This has caused inconvenience, as my friend was expecting this money on time. I request that this transaction be urgently traced and that the 700 INR either be credited immediately to my friend’s India Post Payments Bank account or refunded back to the source account without any further delay. I also ask to be informed in writing about the findings and the action taken regarding this failed credit.
