My Deposit Amount Not Received

I hold a savings account with SBI and on 10/06/2026 I made an online transaction of ₹300 to be credited to my SBI account ending with 9844. The transaction was done through the Paytm application. Although ₹300 has been deducted from my side, the amount has still not been credited to my SBI account. I have a transaction screenshot as proof of this online payment, which clearly shows that the ₹300 has been debited. Despite this, there is no corresponding credit in my SBI savings account, and my balance has not been updated to reflect this deposit. With this complaint, I request SBI to urgently investigate this failed/held transaction and ensure that the ₹300 is immediately credited to my savings account ending with 9844. I also request a clear written clarification explaining why the amount was deducted but not credited to my account, so that such an issue does not occur again in the future.
