I Sent ₹300 to Paytm Wallet but Balance Not Updated

I am writing to report an issue regarding a failed wallet load in the Paytm app. On April 12, 2026, I made a payment of ₹300 via UPI from my Kotak Bank account to add money to my Paytm wallet. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, and I also received a transaction/reference ID confirmation via SMS. However, the money has not been credited to my Paytm wallet.
At this point, I have not yet contacted Paytm or Kotak Bank customer support regarding this issue, but the missing amount is concerning as the transaction appears completed on my end.
I request that this ₹300 transaction be urgently traced using the transaction/reference details and that the amount be either credited to my Paytm wallet or refunded back to my Kotak Bank account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear update on the status of this transaction and a prompt resolution.
