If you ordered something online and paid with PayPal but haven't received it weeks later, you can recover your money:

• Start by contacting the seller. Explain the situation politely and request a tracking number or status update. Let the seller resolve the issue directly to save time and effort.

• Open a PayPal Resolution Center dispute if the seller is unresponsive or unable to explain. You have 180 days from purchase to do this. PayPal's Resolution Center lets you talk to the seller and resolve the issue. PayPal may investigate and issue a refund if an agreement cannot be reached.

During the dispute, provide all relevant details and documentation to support your claim. This may include seller communication screenshots, purchase proof, and other relevant information.
