Airup-Turkiye Order Not Confirmed After PayPal Payment
Today, I created an account on airup-turkiye.com and placed an order for a water bottle and capsules. I completed the payment via PayPal/credit card in the amount of $41, and the system generated Order #44b638-384. However, I did not receive any email confirming my account registration or acknowledging that my order was received.
When I logged back into the website, I saw that my order appears as “pending” in the orders section. Although the payment has been charged to my card, there is no clear information about the status of my order, nor have I received any notification. I also submitted a message through the website’s contact form but have not received any response so far.
I am concerned about both the payment I made and the security of my personal information. I request a clear confirmation of whether my order has actually been processed, detailed information about the shipping process, or, if the order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund of the $41 I paid. I also expect a satisfactory explanation regarding the reliability and security of this website.
