I Face Refund Problem After Canceled Jazeek Concert

I purchased three tickets through Jazeek.com for the Jazeek concert at Bodrum Saphirr Night Club. The total payment was €200, which I paid via PayPal. However, the concert was canceled, and the artist never performed.
After the cancellation, I immediately requested a refund. I tried contacting Jazeek.com customer service several times, but there was no response. Phone calls go unanswered, and despite sending five different emails, I have not received any reply. It has now been almost a month, and no information or solution has been provided.
My order number is 2Z77A-SX9SR-INS, and the tickets were purchased in July from Germany. Since the event never took place, I demand a full refund of €200 as soon as possible. Ignoring customer requests and delaying refunds damages trust, and I expect Jazeek to act responsibly and return my money without further delay.
