I Face Instagram Ad Payment Taken but Campaign Not Activated

Today I paid ₺603 through PayPal to publish an ad on Instagram. Even though the payment was successfully processed, my ad was never activated or published. After realizing the issue, I restarted the app and even tried logging in from another device, but the problem persisted.

This is not the first time I have experienced this — similar issues have occurred several times before, and it keeps repeating. Despite paying for the service, the ad system fails to deliver what I purchased. Up to this point, I have not yet contacted Instagram support, but the lack of reliability is very frustrating.

I expect Instagram to either activate my ad immediately or refund the ₺603 payment. Customers should not have to face recurring problems where payments are accepted but the service is not provided.
