My PS VR2 Refund Was Blocked and PayPal Closed My Case
About 30 days ago, I purchased the PlayStation VR2 Horizon Call of the Mountain Bundle from the PlayStation Germany website, paying €449 via PayPal. Since the product didn’t meet my expectations, I wanted to return it. However, on PlayStation’s return page, the confirmation button doesn’t work—the page freezes and the process never completes.
I emailed PlayStation customer service twice, but I received no response and they did not provide me with a return address. Because of this, I opened a dispute through PayPal. At first, they said the return was accepted and told me to wait for the return address, but it was never sent. Then the case was closed in favor of the seller. The product is still with me, in its box, and I am completely unable to start the return process.
I want to use my right to return the product and get a refund for the €449 I paid. I request that the technical issues and lack of communication in PlayStation’s return process be resolved.
