Ria Money Transfer Delay – €5000 Not Received After a Week


I transferred nearly €5000 from Augsburg, Germany, to Söke, Aydın, Turkey, but after a week, the money still hasn’t arrived in the recipient’s account. This is an unacceptable delay for an international money transfer, especially when such a large amount is involved.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that my account is under review and that I need to reach out to the sending agency. However, I have already followed all necessary steps, and the issue remains unresolved.
I demand an immediate update on the status of my transfer and a clear explanation for the delay. If the issue cannot be resolved, I expect a full refund immediately. This kind of service is completely unreliable, and I urge the company to take action immediately to resolve the matter.
