Payoneer Deducted Fees from My Udemy Earnings & Put My Account in Debt

February 5, 2025 2:38 PM72

I chose Payoneer to receive my Udemy earnings, and my account has been active for a year. Since Payoneer requires a minimum balance before withdrawals, I was waiting for my earnings to accumulate. However, instead of allowing me to withdraw my money, Payoneer deducted an annual fee, leaving my account $15 in debt.

Not only was I unable to withdraw my Udemy payments, but I am now in debt to Payoneer—even though I haven’t received a single dollar from my earnings. How is it fair to take my money and still leave me with a negative balance?

I demand that this issue be resolved immediately. I want my account closed, and my earnings refunded. Payoneer, fix this now!
