I chose Payoneer to receive my Udemy earnings, and my account has been active for a year. Since Payoneer requires a mini...mum balance before withdrawals, I was waiting for my earnings to accumulate. However, instead of allowing me to withdraw my money, Payoneer deducted an annual fee, leaving my accou
