Unfair Maintenance Fees Charged by Payoneer Despite Annual Fee Agreement
When I signed up for Payoneer, the stated annual fee was "29.95$ once every 12 months." However, Payoneer has been charging a "maintenance fee" of 29.95$ for each of my accounts separately throughout the year, which feels like an unjust practice. This is not mentioned anywhere in the fees section on Payoneer’s website, and it seems like an unfair way to earn extra money from users. To make matters worse, there’s no clear channel to file a complaint or dispute these charges. I am requesting a full refund of these unauthorized fees. Payoneer, please address this issue and return the fees that were wrongfully taken from my accounts!
