Unable to Access Payoneer Account After Email and Phone Number Change


I lost access to my Payoneer account because I changed my phone number and could no longer recover my email. I reported this issue to Payoneer via email, explaining my situation in detail. They requested a video of my ID and front-and-back photos for verification, which I promptly sent.
They assured me I would receive a response within five days, but it has now been months, and I still haven’t received any updates. My follow-up emails go unanswered, leaving me frustrated and without access to my funds.
I urgently need Payoneer to resolve this issue and restore my account access. Ignoring customer inquiries for months is unacceptable, especially when financial access is at stake.
