I urgently need help accessing my Payoneer account. After changing my phone number, I’ve been completely locked out. The system still sends the verification code to my old number, which is no longer active. Since that line has been permanently shut down, I have no way of receiving the code.
There’s also no alternative method provided—no email option, no backup security question, nothing. It’s incredibly frustrating to be cut off from my account, especially when I have funds inside and rely on Payoneer for receiving important payments.
I’ve searched everywhere for a solution and tried contacting customer support, but I’ve gotten no clear answers or way forward. This is not how a financial service should function. People need secure access, but also flexible options for situations like this.
