Payoneer Verification Code Problem — Need to Change Phone Number
I have been unable to access my Payoneer account for about 10 days. When I try to log in, the verification code is sent to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. My account currently has a balance of approximately $400, and I urgently need to withdraw the money for an upcoming payment.
I have emailed Payoneer customer support about this issue, but have not received any response. There are no blocks or security alerts on my account. In the past, I was able to reset my password via email under similar circumstances, but this time, the reset process doesn’t work.
I’ve tried logging in from a different phone and computer in Turkey, but without success. My registered email address is [email protected]**, and my new phone number is 0507006.
I urgently request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible, that my new phone number be updated in the system, and that I be given access to my account so I can withdraw my available balance.
