I Face Login Problem on Payoneer — Verification Code Sent to Old Number
I haven’t been able to access my Payoneer account for about two months. The verification code required for login is being sent to my old phone number, which is now deactivated. Since the line is completely closed, I have no way to receive the code.
My account currently has a balance of approximately $290 USD (₺10,000), and I’m unable to access it, which is causing serious inconvenience. I would like to update my phone number in the system and regain access to my account.
I request immediate assistance in updating my contact information and restoring full access to my Payoneer account.
Progress
When I try to log in to my Payoneer account from my iPhone device, the verification code is sent to my old phone number, which is no longer active. Since I no longer use my old number and the line is completely closed, I cannot access my account. This problem has been ongoing for 2 months and I have not contacted customer service during this period. As I have pending payments in my account, I urgently want to register my new phone number in the system and remove my old number. I request a quick solution and support regarding this issue.
