I Face Withdrawal Block and Verification Issue on Payoneer

On September 7, 2025, I attempted to withdraw $400 that my client deposited into my Payoneer account. However, the system displayed an unusual warning stating that I must first deposit an additional $200 in order to complete the withdrawal. At the same time, my account shows a notification that says “waiting for verification”, which is preventing me from accessing my funds.

I tried completing the withdrawal through both the website and the mobile app, but the problem persists. I also attempted to reach Payoneer customer service, yet I could not get through to anyone for assistance.

This is the first time I have experienced such an issue. My Customer ID is 98972108, and my registered email address is a***********@gmail.com**. I am requesting that the $400 already deposited into my account be returned to me and that the verification process be expedited so that I can properly access my money.

This practice is unacceptable and unethical, and it is not what one would expect from a financial service provider like Payoneer. If this matter is not resolved quickly and professionally, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to financial regulatory authorities and consumer protection agencies.
