Payoneer Annual Fee Deducted Without Notice, Left with Half of My $60!

I’m beyond frustrated with Payoneer. Despite them charging fees on every transaction, they have now taken a portion of the payment I received under the guise of an "annual fee" — something they never mentioned in advance. After receiving over $60, they took half of it, and now when I try to withdraw the remaining balance, I’m told it’s below the withdrawal limit. How is this even legal? I never agreed to this "annual fee," and now I’m left with nothing. Payoneer needs to explain why they’re keeping my money and reimburse me for this unjustified charge. I demand the refund of this illegal fee immediately!
