My Payless Car Rental Deposit Not Refunded – No Response from Booking.com
We rented a car through Payless via Booking.com from May 29th to June 3rd. Although we were told that the €300 deposit would be refunded upon returning the car, we have not yet received our deposit back. Since Booking.com was the intermediary, I reached out to them for assistance and sent an email, but I haven’t received any response.
This lack of communication and delay in refunding the deposit is very frustrating. I kindly request your urgent help in resolving this matter and ensuring that the deposit is refunded as promised. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
