Parship Keeps Charging Me After Subscription Expired

I wouldn't say Parship is a scam, but my experience with them was really unfair and poorly managed. I was astonished to hear that they keep billing you even after your subscription time finishes. I thought it would stop until I elected to renew, but that wasn't the case. What made me even more angry was that you can't cancel your subscription directly on their website. You have to email them instead, and the process for canceling is quite unclear and not user-friendly. Also, I didn't find the platform interesting or well-designed, so I quit using it after a few weeks. I wish I hadn't signed up for Parship without fully understanding how it works.
