LemonSwan Charged Me I Did Not Intend to Sign Up
LemonSwan made me really upset. It was hard to understand how to sign up, and the procedures weren't obvious. It seemed like the whole process was set up in a way that made it simple to agree to things you didn't mean to. I called customer assistance immediately away to find out what I had signed up for and to make sure I wouldn't be charged if I didn't utilize the service. I was told that I didn't need to cancel in writing, so I felt the issue was settled. But a month later, I saw that they had still withdrawn money from my account. There was no obvious explanation or warning. It really made me feel duped and helpless, especially since I had done things to avoid this kind of thing happening.
