Hinge Charged Me After I Deleted My Profile and Left

I thought I was done with Hinge, so I erased my profile a few days ago. I was shocked to see a payment for a subscription renewal yesterday. Are you kidding? They keep charging me like everything is normal, even though I'm not using the app anymore. That's absolutely crazy. I asked for a refund right away, but let's be honest: Hinge isn't known for being helpful or quick to respond when it comes to customer care. Once they have your payment information, it seems like they'll keep stealing your money unless you do something to stop it. This app is quite disappointing for someone who speaks a lot about making real connections. I seems the only connection they care about is with my money. Still waiting for a response.
