Parimatch Withdrawal Missing

I am writing to report a withdrawal problem I experienced today with my Parimatch account. I requested a withdrawal of 500 INR via bank transfer, and while the amount has been deducted or is shown as processed on your side, I have still not received the money in my bank account and my balance status appears incorrect. I have previously made successful withdrawals to the same bank account without any issues, so this situation is unusual and worrying for me. I also have a picture as visual proof related to the current balance/withdrawal situation, which I am ready to share. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue but have not received any response so far. I kindly request that my withdrawal of 500 INR be promptly checked, that my balance status be corrected if necessary, and that the missing amount be paid to my bank account without further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of what went wrong to prevent similar issues in the future.
