Withdrawal Pending for 80 Days

I have been using the Parimatch platform for sports betting, and my user ID is 304103***. On 2 May 2025 I requested a withdrawal of 3,500, and since that date my withdrawal has been stuck without being paid. It has now been around 80 days since I raised a ticket about this issue, and the money is still not in my account. Each time I contact support, I receive the same standard response that my withdrawal issue is still being processed by the billing department, that they understand my frustration, and that I should be patient and wait until the issue is resolved. Despite this, nothing has actually been solved and there is no concrete explanation for why my payment is delayed for such a long period. I have already provided all requested evidence, including my bank statement in PDF format and payment screenshots as proof, as well as sharing ticket details such as Ticket ID #98187177 and my UTR number 814366073464 for the related transaction. Even after submitting all these documents, my withdrawal remains pending and I still do not have access to my own funds. I now feel that this situation is extremely unreliable and I am seriously concerned that this may be fraudulent behaviour. I request that my withdrawal of 3,500 be processed and paid to my bank account immediately without any further delay and that a clear explanation be provided for this long and unjustified hold on my money.
