Parimatch Withdrawal Stuck

I have been using Parimatch from India since 2020, mainly through the website, and for the last two months I have been facing serious problems with both deposit and withdrawal transactions. A deposit of ₹4,550 was deducted from my side but has not been credited to my Parimatch account. Similarly, my withdrawal amount of ₹2,005 is also stuck and has not been processed to my bank. For the deposit issue, I created a ticket and it was shown as “solved,” but the money was still not credited to my account. Regarding both the deposit and withdrawal problems, I have been repeatedly told different waiting times such as 72 hours and even 4–6 days, but despite this long wait, there has been no real resolution and the funds remain blocked. I also emailed Parimatch support about these issues, but I have received no response. I have screenshots and transaction details ready to share as proof if needed. I request that my pending deposit of ₹4,550 be immediately credited to my Parimatch account or refunded to my source account, and that my withdrawal amount of ₹2,005 be processed without any further delay. I also expect a clear written explanation as to why these issues have continued for about two months despite tickets being marked as solved and why there has been no proper response to my email.
