Withdrawal Delay And No Support
I am writing to report a serious problem I have experienced with Pari Match regarding my withdrawal requests. On 5 July 2026 at around 12:00 am, I requested two separate withdrawals via UPI transfer, one for 5,000 and another for 1,200. In the Pari Match system, both transactions are shown with the status “success” yet to this day the money has still not been credited to my bank account. Despite the “success” status, no funds have arrived, and my balance has effectively disappeared from my use. I have contacted Pari Match support more than 15 times about this issue. However, the support service has not been active in providing any concrete solution, and I have not received any clear explanation or assistance that would help recover my money. I request that my withdrawals of 5,000 and 1,200 made on 5 July 2026 via UPI transfer be either immediately credited to my bank account or that a clear, verifiable explanation be provided as to what happened to these funds, along with a prompt resolution so that I am not financially harmed any further.
