Verification Issue And Withdrawal Problem

I have an Indian Parimatch betting account registered with the email address starstar***[email protected]. For the last week, I have been unable to complete my account verification because of a glitch in the application: the verification button on the site cannot be clicked, so I cannot proceed with the process at all. Due to this technical problem, I am not able to verify my account and therefore I cannot make a withdrawal from my balance. I have contacted Parimatch customer support many times and sent more than 10 emails explaining the issue, but so far I have not received any effective help or solution. I kindly request that my account be verified manually since the verification button is not working for me, and that after manual verification my withdrawal be processed without any further delay. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently so that I can access my funds.
