Parimatch Withdrawal Option Disabled With Balance Still Stuck

I have an account on the Parimatch website with the account ID 579409***, registered with the phone number 9662096*** and the email address akki.54***@gmail.com. For the past day, the withdrawal option on my account has been temporarily disabled, and because of this I am unable to withdraw the 9,691 INR balance currently available in my account. This situation is causing me serious inconvenience because my money is effectively blocked even though the funds belong to me. I do not understand why the withdrawal feature has been closed, and I have not received any clear explanation or proper solution from the platform despite waiting for a resolution. I request that the withdrawal option on my Parimatch account be restored immediately and that I be allowed to withdraw my 4,300 balance without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation regarding the reason for this restriction and written confirmation once the issue has been fully resolved.
