Parimatch Deposit Not Credited After Paytm Payment (₹500 Missing)
On March 9, 2026, I made a deposit of ₹500 to my Parimatch account using Paytm. The amount was successfully debited from my Paytm account, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance. The transaction/reference number for this payment is 201614491438.
After noticing that the funds were not reflected in my Parimatch account, I submitted a support ticket through Parimatch. I was told to contact them again after a few days if the deposit was still not credited. However, the ticket was later closed without resolving my issue, and the ₹500 is still missing from my account.
I have also been unable to find a working email address for Parimatch to properly follow up on this matter. I request that my missing ₹500 deposit for transaction ID 201614491438 be credited to my Parimatch account immediately and that this issue be thoroughly reviewed to prevent unresolved tickets from being closed in the future.
