PhonePe Transactions Failed But Money Debited From Union Bank
I am a Union Bank account holder and recently faced an issue with three transactions I made through PhonePe. On 28/04/2026 and 06/05/2026, I attempted payments that appear as failed in the payment history, but in my PhonePe application the transactions are shown as successful and the money has been debited from my Union Bank account. In total, three transactions were made in the amounts of 2,000, 2,000 and 9,000. Although these transactions are marked as failed in the payment records, the total amount has been taken from my account and has not been credited either back to my Union Bank account or to the intended Parimatch account. I have not yet been able to contact Union Bank or PhonePe customer care, but since the payments are shown as successful on PhonePe and the money is already debited, I request that these transactions be checked urgently and the issue be resolved. I kindly ask that the total debited amount be either refunded immediately to my Union Bank account or correctly credited to my Parimatch account, and that I be informed in writing about the result of this review.
