Parimatch ₹500 PhonePe Deposit Successful But Not Credited
I made a deposit of 500 to my Parimatch account on 5 March via PhonePe from my Union Bank account. The amount was deducted from my bank, but it was not credited to my Parimatch balance. The transaction reference shown on my side is T2603052025446072000660, and the payment status is marked as successful. I contacted support and was informed that the payment was successful, but despite this, the 500 is still missing from my Parimatch account and has not been refunded to my bank. I request that this transaction be checked in detail and that the amount of 500 be refunded to my Union Bank account as soon as possible, as the money has been debited but I have received no corresponding service or credit.
