Parimatch Deposit Failed After Successful Transaction
On 4 March 2026 at around 11:35 p.m., I attempted to make a deposit of 999 rupees into my Parimatch account. The amount was successfully deducted from my Union Bank account, but the deposit failed on Parimatch, and the money has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance. Since this transaction, the 999 rupees have neither appeared in my Parimatch account nor been reversed back to my Union Bank account, so the amount is currently missing. I tried to contact customer support, but could not connect and therefore have not received any explanation or solution. I request that this transaction be urgently investigated, and that my 999 rupees either be credited to my Parimatch account as intended or refunded to my Union Bank account as soon as possible. I also ask to be informed in writing of the outcome of this review.
