Pending Payments Not Credited and No Response from Parimatch Support

I am facing issues with Parimatch regarding my deposited amount, as three pending deposit payments have still not been credited and are stuck in processing. I raised tickets about this problem, but they have been pending for 13 days now without any proper response from the support team. This whole experience feels like a waste of time, and the application has not been useful at all.
