Parimatchs123 UPI Withdrawal Marked Successful but Money Not Received

I submitted a withdrawal request for 4,000 INR via UPI on the Parimatchs123 platform. Although the transaction history lists the withdrawal status as "successful" as of today, the funds have not yet been deposited into my UPI account despite significant time passing since the approval. I request an urgent investigation into this missing 4,000 INR payment and demand that the amount be credited to my UPI account immediately, or that I be provided with a clear status update regarding this transaction.
