Parimatch UPI Withdrawal Marked Processed But Not Received Yet

I requested a withdrawal of 5,000 INR from my Parimatch account via UPI on 17 July 2026. Although the transaction appears as processed in the system, this money has still not been credited to my bank account. I tried to reach Parimatch customer service about this missing withdrawal, but they did not give any response or explanation. My money is stuck and I have no clear information about where it is or when I will receive it. I request that my 5,000 INR withdrawal be immediately credited to my bank account, or that a clear written explanation be provided about the status of this transaction and my funds.
